Our machines operate with tokens only! Our Machines are intended for Home amusement only. We will not be held responsible for any illegal or misuse of these machines or any violations of local, state or federal laws. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason . Buyer agrees to pay to defend seller from any legal actions resulting from buyers misuse or illegal use of these machines.

Unless otherwise noted, all of our slot machines are reconditioned machines previously used in a casino environment. When new, these machines cost over two thousand dollars. The reason you are able to purchase them for under five hundred dollars is because they are used! We will replace or repair, at our discretion, defective machines for a period of thirty days from date of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping cost.

We will not ship slot machines to any state or location where they are known by us to be illegal. Ultimately, it is the buyers responsibility to know the laws of his/her jurisdiction.

We will not ship slot machines to the following states; Alabama, California, Connecticut, South Carolina, or any state we may learn of in the future which prohibits the sale and/or ownership of these machines.
